Welcome to Dubai Desert Safari (https://dubaidesertsafariae.com). By booking a tour, safari, or any service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We have written these terms clearly to ensure you have a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience with us in Dubai.

2. Booking and Payment Terms
- Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message via Email or WhatsApp from our official team.
- Payment Methods: We accept online payments and “Cash on Pick-up” (in AED or USD) depending on the tour package selected.
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). We believe in 100% transparency; there are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while covering our operational costs.
- 100% Free Cancellation: If you cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.
- No Refund (Late Cancellation): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time, or “no-shows” (failing to be at the pick-up location on time), are not eligible for a refund.
- Company Cancellations (Weather/Safety): Desert safaris are subject to weather conditions. If we have to cancel a tour due to bad weather (e.g., heavy rain, sandstorms) or unexpected vehicle issues, we will offer you the choice to reschedule to another date or receive a 100% full refund.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank.
4. Health, Safety & Risk Waiver (Important)
Your safety is our top priority. Desert safari activities, particularly “Dune Bashing” (off-road driving) and Quad Biking, are adventurous sports and involve physical movement.
- Not Recommended For: Pregnant women, individuals with back, neck, or heart problems, and infants under 3 years old. (If you have infants or elderly family members, please contact us to book a Private Vehicle for a smoother, non-dune-bashing ride directly to the camp).
- Assumption of Risk: By participating in adventure activities (Dune bashing, sandboarding, camel riding, quad biking), you acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks. Dubai Desert Safari and its drivers follow strict safety protocols, but guests participate at their own risk.
- Seatbelts: UAE law strictly requires all passengers to wear seatbelts at all times inside the 4×4 vehicles.
5. Pick-up, Drop-off & Itinerary
Timing: Please be ready at your designated hotel lobby or pick-up point 10-15 minutes before the provided pick-up time.
Delays: Dubai traffic can be unpredictable. Pick-up times may vary by 15 to 30 minutes. Our driver will keep you informed via phone/WhatsApp.
Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to alter the tour itinerary, skip certain activities, or change the camp location due to unforeseen circumstances, DTCM (Dubai Tourism) regulations, or local Islamic holidays (e.g., no live entertainment or alcohol is permitted during dry days/Ramadan).
6. Code of Conduct & Local Laws
- We respect the culture and laws of the United Arab Emirates. Guests are requested to wear modest, comfortable clothing.
- Any disrespectful behavior towards our staff, drivers, or other guests may result in the immediate termination of your tour without a refund.
- Littering in the desert is strictly prohibited by UAE law. Please use the bins provided at the camp or keep your trash in the vehicle.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
